Generator provider boundary

Generation is provenance and orchestration, not storage or runtime rendering.

Provider contract

A generator provider produces bytes and structured provenance. An adapter maps provider output into publication metadata: generator provider/model/version/parameters, representation descriptor, and any source-specific provenance. The publication pipeline remains the authority for inspection, hashing, immutable storage, and identity conflicts.

Portability

Do not place provider-only URLs or secrets in manifests. Persist reproducible declarations and publish standard representations so another storage backend or runtime can consume them.
